Jesse Taylor
The Original Tree Toucher
Owner/Operator and ISA Certified Arborist® MW-6600
Jesse grew up in the tree world - his dad founded Nick's Tree Service, so proper tree care as always been second nature. He's a competitive tree climber whose skills have taken him across the U.S. and even to Copenhagen, Denmark to compete in internationals. During the winter season, he also works in Hawaii, giving him year-round experience with a wide variety of species and climates.
He's also lived out one of every arborists dream jobs: removing trees by helicopter.
Jesse believes trees shouldn't just be cut - they should be cared for with purpose.
Tree health and structural longevity are his specality.
Georgette Taylor
Tree Touch Operations Manager
Wife to the OG tree toucher. He handles the tree touching. She handles the tree toucher.
Georgette keeps the business running and the crew organized. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Entrepreneurship. So running a business is right up her alley.
In 2024, she and Jesse eloped in Hawaii on a whim - which says a lot about how the company tends to operate: committed, a little adventurous, and all in. They did have a ceremony for friends and family on their property in Coweta a few months later.
Aside from growing Taylored Arboriculture, her dream is to write devotional books for adults and children.
When she's not coordinating the tree touchers, she's usually reading, taking care of her ducks, or chef-ing it up in the kitchen.

Stephen Settles
Professional Heavy-Thing Lifter
Stephen and Jesse have been friends since they were teenagers, which means he's been around long enough to know what he's gotten himself into.
He is a husband, brand-new dad, and powerlifter. He and his wife also got engaged in Hawaii-so apparently Hawaii is where the men go around here when they're ready to make questionable lifelong commitments.
When he's not helping us touch trees, he's usually lifting something unnecessarily heavy for fun-which comes in pretty handy when your job involes trees.
He's not technically a Taylor, but after this many years, he's family. The people we trust around our own family are the same people we are comfortable bringing around yours.
Brad "with a Y" Paselk
Contracted Tree Toucher & Occasional Officient
Brady- better known around here as Brad with a Y- is the owner of BP trees, competitive tree climber and an ISA Certified Arborist® (5640AT). These two talk on the phone an unreasonable amount and still have plenty to talk about when they're working together.
Brady is one of the funniest people we know. So if you're having a bad day, you want him on your jobsite to cheer you up.
He's a husband, dad of two, the one who officiated our elopement and a proud owner of a truly impressive mustache.
Brady and Jesse have a way of making even the hardest jobs fun, usually due to sarcasm or endless dad jokes. He's family to us, an excellent arborist and always a good time to have on a job.
If he's around be sure to call him the Midwest Menace.
Elliot Taylor
Contracted Tree Toucher
AKA The Admiral
Elliot is Jesse's older brother - older being the key word, because he certainly isn't the bigger one. At his height, he also has the unique ability to make even an average sized tree look absolutely massive. What he lacks in height, he makes up for by never sitting still.
Known around here as The Admiral, Elliot runs a tight ship and is pretty much always moving, working, welding, fixing, hauling, or finding something that needs to be done.
He's a husband, father, grandpa, ISA Certified Arborist® (MW4630A), and owner of Elliot Taylor Outdoor Services, so tree work runs pretty deep in the Taylor family. If the Admiral is on your job, you can safely assume things are getting done- and probably faster than the rest of us prepared for.
Nick Taylor
Contracted Crane Toucher
Nick is Jesse and Elliot's brother and the man behind Nick's Crane Service and our go-to when a job calls for some serious lifting. His business motto is "Do you even lift, bro?" and considering he operates cranes for a living, unfortunately none of us have a very good comeback.
He's a husband, girl dad of two, and former drummer who spent his younger years playing in a rock band-so operating loud machinery was apparentry a pretty natural career transition.
When he's not behind the controls of a crane, there's a good chance he can be bribed with dark chocolate. If Nick shows up on your job, something very large is probably about to fly through the air-and yes, he does lift, bro.
